Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please contact us first for return authorization.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns/exchanges within 5 days of delivery only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly

You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue

The item is unused and returned in its original packaging
Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Cartso.in.
How to Request a Return

Email us your order number at support@cartso.in

Attach an unboxing video clearly showing the defect/damage

After verification, we will issue a return authorization

Ship the product back in original packaging
Once received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as applicable.
Exchanges
If you want an exchange, simply:

Request a return authorization

Place a new order for the replacement item

We will process the return of the original item after verification
Refunds
After we receive and verify the returned product, refunds typically take:
⏳ 3–5 business days to reflect in your bank/card/UPI statement.

Invalid Reasons for Returns
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
❌ “I changed my mind” / “I no longer want the item.”
❌ Ordering by mistake
❌ Price dissatisfaction after ordering
Once an order is placed, you enter a legally binding purchase agreement. Please check product details before ordering.

Important Notes
